If I could give this item -3 stars I would. My husband e-mailed this seller before purchasing to see if they were an original Oral-B item. Demetrio assured him they were. The reason we were skeptical was because of the price and other buyers who have bought similar products at "too good to be true" prices said these brush heads fell apart after only a few uses. So we wanted to make sure these brush heads wouldn't be like those other ones. Demetrio assured us they were not. Turns out they WERE just as bad as the other brush heads being sold by other sellers and that other buyers complained about. Demetrio should sell these as "disposable" knockoff brush heads. They are not as good quality as the original Oral-B brush heads and I question whether or not they really are Oral-B brush heads. Buyer beware. I will never make another purchase from this seller. My friend was interested in purchasing these heads also and wrote to him with a similar question and his response was, "dont buy from me... I don't like how picky you are... If you buy ...I will cancell it!!!" So not only does he sell poor quality items but he is nasty when you question his products. This tells me he knows exactly what he is selling. Glad my friend didn't make the same mistake we did.
Description of 12 (3X4) Braun Oral-B Replacement Fexisoft Brushheads EB-17
The 12 (three times four) replacement brush heads in these packs fit all Braun Oral-B electric toothbrushes. They have extra soft, rounded bristles in the center to protect the teeth from too-firm brushing. Long interdental tips on the edges clean deep between teeth and below the gum line and fade after prolonged use, indicating when a brush head needs replacing.
