Customer Review: This does NOT interface with the Braun MX2050 Blender

The Braun MX2050 Blender is a great blender, we have worn out one (daily smoothies from late spring to early fall), and then our recent one just blew a blade, the "gearing" teeth at the bottom just completely shredded.
I went online to find another blade and ordered this replacement (the K-1000) since Amazon links the two together in the search for accessories. However, this is NOT the right part for the Braun MX2050 Blender. Just want everyone to know.
