The Braun Multiquick Professional Hand Blender can do everything a food processor can do except slice. Moreover, it generally performs these tasks more quickly and more efficiently than the processor does. I like the small jar and chopping blade for chopping small amounts of onion and, especially, for garlic. Being able to puree a soup right in the pot instead of pureeing batch after batch in a blender container is a great time saver. The Multiquick has become my favorite appliance. I use it almost every day.
